Following up to the patch that was released over the Fourth of July weekend, Microsoft has issued a cumulative patch for their web browser. The patch, called "Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 (KB867801)", fixes three vulnerabilities.

These patches will also be available in the upcoming Microsoft XP Server Pack 2. However, the company recommends that users download the cumulative security patch now, instead of waiting until the newest Server Pack is released.
According to InformationWeek.com, the IE patch fixes the vulnerability that allowed the Download.ject attacks to occur. Read more about the patch here.
